Agency Fee Disclosure (Texas Compliance)

Heras Insurance Solutions LLC

Heras Insurance Solutions LLC may charge a separate service or agency fee for administrative, consulting, enrollment assistance, or other services that are not included in the premium charged by an insurance carrier.

Any such fee will be clearly disclosed to the client in advance, including the amount, purpose, and scope of the services to be provided. The client’s explicit and documented acknowledgment and consent will be obtained prior to the performance of any fee-based service.

All fees charged by Heras Insurance Solutions LLC are for legitimate services actually performed and are considered reasonable in relation to the value of the services provided.

This fee is separate from and independent of any commission received from an insurance carrier and is not required in order to purchase an insurance policy. Clients have the right to decline any service that includes a fee without affecting their ability to obtain insurance coverage.

Once the agreed service has been performed, the agency fee is considered fully earned and non-refundable. By agreeing to proceed after disclosure, the client acknowledges and agrees that the fee represents compensation for professional time, expertise, advisory services, and administrative work already rendered, and agrees not to dispute such charges based on the completion of the agreed service.

This disclosure is provided in accordance with applicable provisions of the Texas Insurance Code, including but not limited to Sections 4005.003 and 4005.004.
